WTF?!?!1st- "We have now been planning, developing and programming the attack scripts for 3 weeks or so and are edging closer to a release date. We are setting a preliminary date of the first week of February for release of all of these brand new features. However this could move backward or forwards slightly depending on our progress over the next week or so"2nd- "Roughly each and every day over the next 2-3 weeks you can expect to see a new feature come into street crimes world, each time it does we will make an announcement to tell you a little bit more about the feature and whats new!" Now after reading these 2 posts... sumthing seems very rong SC guys. Coz in BOTH u hav faild 2 do wot u sed... whassup wid dat? It really does seem like its all about making as much money as possible rite now coz u seem scared not many people will re-sign. All the "NEW" stuff (3 insurances aside) all center around credits... which u can only buy 4 money... no coincidence here. If ur gonna post dates an stuff, plz try stick 2 them. And the allowing dupes rule kinda messd up dis game if im'a b honest... and after posting sayin there wil b a policy on it... still herd nada. I have spent my last pounds on this game im afraid. And its a shame coz this could hav been the best game online, seriously. Maybe it still can, but i'll try again properly closer to tha end of the yr. |

No its CLEARLY in YOUR TOS that you cant b racist... maybe because its AGAINST the law. But i have informed you of the rule breaks and the problem. Yet his account is still active, and the responses say it all. I have nothing more to write in here on the matter. I was only asking for the TOS that i signed up to, 2 b upheld. |

T Milli I am fully aware of the difference between racism and being ignorant and rude but in effect they are both wrong and effectively are dealt with in the same way. Therefore you have given just as much as he has therefore you are both wrong. If you want to go through the TOS then points 12 and 18 can also be applied to you? How about the handbags stops and everyone just gets on in a civil manner? If you don't like each other, don't communicate with each other, gives you something to prove when kill is released  |

Racism and being offensive are way different!! Being offensive is part of free speech, racism is AGAINST THE LAW... you noting the difference yet?? Rules 18, 4, 12 - should all deal with him. If you don't want to act and would like to quote Rule 16- i believe that comes under the "Unfair Terms in Consumer Contracts" Regulation. Its worrying that you can't see the difference between being rude and being racist. |
