1. SCRIPTS

Anyone found to be using automated scripts or any program that gives the user an unfair advantage will be banned/deleted depending on the severity with immediate effect.

2. UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OF ANOTHER ACCOUNT

At no time may you log into or sit another users account, anyone caught hacking accounts will be banned immediately and possibly IP banned for good. Players caught logging in and sitting another players account will find both accounts banned for a period of time.

3. GAME BUG ABUSE

Depending on the severity, game bug abuse will result in anywhere from a 30 day ban term to account deletion. Bugs, loopholes, security flaws, or any inconsistencies in the game should be immediately reported to an admin or via the ingame forums or by mailing one of the admins immediately when found.

4. STREET CRIME BAN

If at any time a player breaks the rules, they will be banned for a set amount of time. During this time the player may no longer log into their account or play the game.

5. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Street Crime is a free service provided to you, subject to the following Terms of Service. The Terms of Service are subject to change at anytime without notice, so please try and check them now and again. Any major additions or edits to the Terms of Service will be announced in advance and players will be informed.

6. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

Street Crime currently provides players with access to the game in which players are able to interact with each other. By accepting these terms you understand and agree that the Service may include advertisements which are necessary for Street Crime to provide the free Service for you. Street Crime assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service and that access may involve third party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Service.

7. YOUR REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the services registration form and also maintain and promptly update the registration data to keep it up to date. You will provide an email address which we can contact you for the duration that you play this game. If Street Crime suspects that you have provided innacurate information or that your reason for registration is detrimental to the overall gameplay you account may be suspended.

8. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

You will receive a password and account designation upon completing the registration process. You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure from others and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Street Crime of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security and make sure you logout properly at the end of each session. Street Crime cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this.

9. MEMBER CONDUCT

As a member you accept responsibility for all content you transmit over Street Crime, you take full responsibility for images used in your banner and that you have not used copyright material. Street Crime takes no responsibility for you violating any copyright laws. You agree to play the game responsibly and not to attempt to disrupt the service in ANY manner. Street Crime does not pre-screen any content and you dont hold Street Crime responsible for any content that may appear on the site with or without our knowledge.

10. COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENTS

You agree that Street Crime takes no responsibility for the data that you transmit or show on this site. You also agree not to hold Street Crime accountable from any claim or demand, including attorneys' fees, made by any third party arising from the Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through our Service.

11. NO REPRODUCTION OR SALE OF ANY PART OF STREET CRIME

You agree not to duplicate, reproduce, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of Street Crime.

12. TERMINATION

You agree that Street Crime may at any time terminate your account if you violate the terms of service or you are deemed to be affecting the high standard of service provided by Street Crime in a negative manner.

Street Crime takes no responsibility for the content that may be displayed on any pages that are linked from Street Crime.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Street Crime does not guarantee that the game will be error free or uninterupted. When donating and buying credits you accept that Street Crime takes no responsibility for loss of credits, due to accunt deletion or any other events. Street Crime is not liable for any damages or lawsuits resulting from any loss of game data whilst playing Street Crime.

15. CONNECTIVITY

We do everything possible to make sure that Street Crime is available all the time and without any downtime, If Street Crime goes down at any time for any amount of time we will not refund any payments. But we will surely endeavour to get back online as soon as physically possible and deal with out-standing payments there after.

16. TERMS OF SERVICE

Street Crime is not responsible for any actions that result from the terms of service not being upheld.

17. PLAYER CONDUCT WITH STAFF

Players will ALWAYS conduct themselves in a pleasant and timely manner when dealing with staff. Staff will always do their best to satisfy the players and make sure your game experience is a pleasant one. Staff will never give preference to friends or help players gain an edge by giving out items etc. Staff expect to be treated with respect at all times and failure to do so may result in jailing.

18. COMMUNITY RULES

Many players from many nationalities and countries play Street Crime, You will always treat other players with respect. Staff recognise that players will like to threaten other players in game etc, this is fine and as long as you dont threaten players out of game or become racist towards other players there will be no problems.

19. FLOODING

Intentionally spamming or flooding of message boards, chat rooms, or other communication venues will result in a ban sentence. Advertising of any type is strictly prohibited and will result in your account being deleted or banned immediately.
